Thanks for the report Lenny.

I suspect they didn't play Dandenault on Friday because the Pack were gearing up for a 3-in-3-days weekend and that's probably a little too much to ask of a guy who hasn't played since last spring. He was in the line-up against the Devils on Saturday.

Here's the video of Soryal's fight with Klotz: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tglJvAiZqF4 Soryal rarely disappoints in a scrap. His biggest problem is that he's got such a reputation as a fighter that most guys won't go with him. He's been dying for one all season, but hadn't been able to find a partner until last night.

Was at the game last night. Here's my report..

I didn't see any of the Ranger hierarchy but heard that Schoenfeld was there.

Noted that Dandenault was scratched. Did the Rangers call him up or didn't they have the room for him yet?

Grachev is not ready, got stripped of the puck numerous times and on one play touched the puck when he was going off the ice and caused a too many men on the ice penalty. But you can see the talent there, just a matter of time.

Sanguinetti may never be ready, fell down twice when trying to skate backwards. Best defenseman was Sauer, who cleared the crease a couple of times and went after a Phantom player who shot the puck at the goalie after the whistle blew.

Best fight I saw in quite a while was Soryal and didn't catch the name of the phantom guy. They dropped their gloves removed their helmets and went at it. They both landed numerous blows right on the button and I gave the edge to Soryal since he landed slightly more blows and looked like he connected a little more, quite a fight.

Johnson was in net and made some nice saves even though he gave up three goals. The first one was within a minute or two after the start of the game on a wraparound which he should have stopped, the second was on a breakaway and the third was a screen shot that he never saw. He definitely got potential, glad I had a chance to see him.
