The article literally contained a single line saying he wasn't in Elektrostal because he was still in America. I was a little surprised to hear it, but then again, we don't know if he returned to the states immediately after the World Championship or spent some time in Moscow after the team traveled to the Kremlin to meet the prez before returning to NY. I'd like to think he's been hanging in NY, had a few good heart-to-hearts with Torts, and is negotiating a fair and equitable deal with Slats as we speak, but who knows? ;) Your guess is as good as mine, Kathy.
