I can't overstate how disinterested he was and how little effort he put in. Anisimov was saddled with that dead weight in the last few games of the series, but I really have no idea what in particular he was referring to with that comment. I found it really interesting too, though. As for his salary, I'd heard $62,500 as his AHL salary before. That's pretty standard for the AHL. Players only get paid during the regular season, so when you take out taxes and spread it over 7-8 months, his numbers aren't really out of whack.
