In a game that sounds like it was all too reminiscent of their home opener, the Hartford Wolf Pack surrendered a 3-goal, third period lead to the Springfield Falcons last night in Hartford. At least this time they held on long enough to get a point, losing the second when Carl Corazzini scored the only goal in the shoot out.
I missed the game in favor of a trip to the Garden to watch a different (and more successful) shootout, but more on the Pack’s third period collapse is available from Bruce Berlet at the Wolf Pack web site.
As a reminder, today’s Wolf Pack rematch against the Worcester Sharks is available online for free at AHL Live. The game starts at 4:05pm EST. The Pack will be without defenseman Corey Potter, who was recalled by the Rangers today.
