The Russians waste no time when it comes to firing coaches who’s teams are underperforming, and it looks like Avangard coach Sergei Gerosonsky could become this season’s first victim. Sportstand.ru is reporting that Omsk are in discussions with former NHL boss Bob Hartley, who’ll travel to Siberia next week, about replacing their current bench boss after the team’s disapointing start.
